Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Sales to lead our Analytics business for advertisers and agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated track record of delivering commercial success among large and sophisticated media & advertising clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Analytics for Advertiser & Agency vertical - Responsible for overall success, including commercial and strategic, for Nielsen's Analytics business among media research, planners & buyers (advertisers and agencies)
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy
  • Evaluate and execute on new-product development opportunities
  • Collaborate with other Nielsen teams, including Account Management, Client Insights, and Product Leadership to identify and execute on new business opportunities
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Nielsen Analytics solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience, ideally within media & advertising, consulting, market research, or related domain
  • Media planning, buying and/or agency experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • MBA or other Masters Degree a plus
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding annual sales targets for existing and new business
  • Deep knowledge of media industry (traditional and new media, role of media in client business, media effectiveness measurement techniques, media planning, etc.)
  • Experience working with media & advertising clients, ideally including media buyers (large brands, agency holding companies, independent agencies)
