Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled WCMS Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for our client's WCMS platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with WCMS platforms, CDN, and infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for WCMS platform
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues with CDN and infrastructure technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely progress against project budget, schedule, and resource plans
  • Communicate effectively with business personnel to understand existing processes and define future processes
  • Work independently with technical and infrastructure teams to resolve system or product issues

Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in using Bitbucket, pipelines, branching models, workflow, Linux command line, CI/CD, and release management
  • Experience working in and managing WCMS platforms and components such as Content Delivery Network (CDN), Acquia Site Factory or Acquia Cloud, Cloud Flare Web Access Firewall (WAF)
  • High-level understanding of cloud, hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies (networking, file systems, databases, etc.)
