Youth Clinical Program Manager

Position Overview: The Clinical Manager for Youth Services is tasked with overseeing daily operations and providing expert guidance to Care Coordination personnel. This role includes conducting assessments, facilitating intakes, and participating in the formulation of recovery and discharge strategies, while ensuring adherence to the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the assessment and recovery planning processes as a vital member of the recovery team, authorizing necessary consumer services.
- Deliver immediate clinical oversight to Care Coordinators, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Establish, monitor, and uphold compliance with administrative policies, state regulations, contractual obligations, and service standards as defined by the CCS program.
- Oversee the operational effectiveness of care coordination and clinical components, setting program goals, evaluating outcomes, and compiling data for management and quality assurance.
- Facilitate essential services, including care coordination and assessment activities, as required.
- Ensure thorough compliance with documentation and reporting standards associated with contracts and agreements.
- Provide crisis intervention support to staff and consumers, developing effective crisis management plans.
- Supervise program staff, offering training and orientation, managing work assignments, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Maintain and monitor the credentialing status of CCS personnel to ensure compliance with service contracts and regulations.
- Oversee consumer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Uphold consumer confidentiality at all levels.
- Act as a representative of JFS and the CCS program, liaising with various community stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of community resources and referral networks.
General Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout employment.
- Willingness to learn about and respect diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Completion of a criminal background check and other required screenings.
- Master's Degree in relevant fields such as Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is preferred.
- Completion of 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience with a focus on mental health or substance use disorders.
- Current Wisconsin licensure in a relevant field (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in good standing.
- Experience in case management, particularly with youth, is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and high professional standards.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
