Position Overview: The Clinical Manager at JFS, Inc. plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and providing expert guidance to the Care Coordination team. This position involves conducting assessments, facilitating intakes, and developing comprehensive recovery and discharge plans tailored to the needs of individuals enrolled in the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in the recovery team, contributing to consumer assessments and authorizing necessary services.
  • Deliver immediate clinical oversight to Care Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Establish and uphold compliance with administrative policies, state regulations, and service standards as mandated by the Milwaukee County CCS program.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of care coordination and clinical components, implementing program goals and assessing effectiveness.
  • Facilitate essential services including care coordination and assessment activities as required.
  • Ensure adherence to documentation and reporting standards in alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Support staff and consumers during crises, developing intervention plans as necessary.
  • Supervise program staff, providing training, planning work assignments, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Maintain credentialing for CCS staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee consumer satisfaction initiatives, identifying areas for service improvement.
  • Safeguard consumer confidentiality at all levels.
  • Act as a representative of JFS and the CCS program to various stakeholders, fostering collaboration with community groups and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain knowledge of community resources and referral networks to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Understanding of Jewish culture and traditions is preferred.
  • Successful completion of background checks as required by state regulations.
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3000 hours of supervised clinical experience with a focus on mental health or substance use disorders.
  • Current Wisconsin licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in good standing.
  • Experience in case management, particularly with youth, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of various case management systems is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and professional conduct.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and engage with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and service documentation systems.
