- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk youth.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and liability insurance.
- Familiarity with community resources and youth-serving organizations in the area.
- Capability to prepare detailed reports and present cases effectively.
- Responsibilities include both indoor and outdoor settings, including client residences and community locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on program demands.
- Travel is required, approximately 70%, utilizing a company vehicle.
