We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Wisconsin Community Services. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Supervision: Provide individual, group, and side-by-side supervision to Care Coordinators and Ancillary Providers to ensure high-quality clinical practice and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Service Array Development: Assist staff in identifying services from the CCS service array that are appropriate to address barriers to recovery for youth and families.
- Documentation and Billing: Monitor and approve staff documentation to ensure good clinical practice and maximize billing opportunities.
- Discharge Planning: Oversee CCS discharges in collaboration with Care Coordinators and Wraparound Administration to ensure timely and effective transitions for youth and families.
- Functional Screen Evaluations: Ensure accountability for timely annual functional screen evaluations to determine ongoing eligibility for Youth CCS enrollees.
- Crisis Intervention: Attend safety plan meetings, team meetings, and/or other face-to-face visits for high-risk youth to provide clinical assessment and support.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with Wraparound Milwaukee/Youth CCS Administrators, Program Manager, and Assistant Program Director to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Professional Development: Attend all required trainings and in-services to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field (psychology, educational psychology, social work, counseling, marriage, and family, etc.) and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience: Supervisory experience preferred. No convictions or license revocations that would fail a caregiver background check.
- Skills: Excellent clinical knowledge and skills, ability to communicate effectively, and strong assessment and interviewing skills.
This role requires a flexible work schedule, including some hours outside of the normal work schedule. The work environment is primarily in a busy office setting, with some outreach in the community and families' homes.
