- Collaborate with educational personnel to track student attendance and behavioral progress.
- Lead group discussions and workshops for youth and their families.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk youth.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Familiarity with local community resources and youth-serving organizations.
- Proficient in preparing formal documentation and presenting cases in legal settings.
- Work may involve both indoor and outdoor settings, including client residences and community locations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by program demands.
- Travel is expected to be approximately 70%, utilizing a company vehicle.
