Training and Development Specialist

Victra, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Program Trainer to join our team. As a Partner Program Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs that equip our team members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that align with business objectives and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with program managers to ensure training programs meet business needs.
- Assess and advise management on the effectiveness of training programs and practices.
- Participate in project task forces to identify training needs and ensure effective implementation, communication, and maintenance of programs.
- Other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
- 2-4 years of work experience in a learning and development, preferably with a training background in a classroom setting.
- Experience writing and supporting training curriculum.
- Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).
- 3-5 years retail sales experience, leadership preferred.
