Requirements

  • Certified Professional (CPLP)
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist, Instructor, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with various technologies and tools relevant to the training topics.
  • Experience in developing training materials and curricula.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, video conferencing tools, eLearning platforms).
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels of understanding.
