Job Title: Training Specialist II

At Select Source International, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating administrative tasks in our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain employee training plans, including adding and removing training items in the LMS
  • Create, assign, and manage training items, curricula, and user groups in the LMS
  • Process externally conducted trainings (ILT/OJT) into the LMS
  • Generate reports, including training metrics and ad-hoc reports, to support audits and inspections
  • Provide technical support to RA and PPS personnel with questions and issues regarding the LMS
  • Participate in global and local meetings, as well as training-related projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or engineering
  • Minimum of 4+ years quality-related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Basic knowledge of GxP requirements and experience in GxP-regulated work environments
  • Experience in quality training is desired
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, as well as analytical thinking and comprehension skills
