Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team at EasyCare Recruiting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract new business and sell F&I products to drive revenue growth
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers and maintain accurate records
  • Verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions to ensure compliance
  • Contract or collect all money at closing and seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
  • Maintain a working knowledge of leases and assist in acquiring approval from lenders
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders and solicit extended warranty sales
  • Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, and other related services
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-year F&I experience and a strong understanding of industry regulations
