Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract new business and sell F&I products to drive revenue growth
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers and ensure accurate paperwork processing
  • Verify and process cash, finance, or loan transactions, and collect all money at closing
  • Seek bank approval for financed and leased deals, and maintain a working knowledge of leases
  • Assist in acquiring approval from lenders and understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
  • Solicit extended warranty sales and handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-year F&I experience and a strong understanding of industry regulations
