Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive first impression and throughout their stay
  • Manage hotel operations, including room assignments, key distribution, and guest requests

  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for new guests and that all guest rooms are clean and well-maintained

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
