Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and managing new client files;
- Reporting claims to insurance providers;
- Notifying statutory lien holders;
- Drafting letters of representation;
- Requesting police documentation;
- Ordering medical records and bills;

Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant education.
- Proficient in standard office productivity software.
