Job Overview

Position Title: Receivables Management Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Flexible work arrangement
Compensation: $45.58 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, including payment application and collection activities for overdue accounts.
  • Engage with clients to secure payment for outstanding invoices, collaborating with customer service and sales teams on collection strategies.
  • Process daily lockbox transactions efficiently.
  • Promote and facilitate the transition of clients to ACH payment options.
  • Assess and manage customer credit limits and holds, taking timely actions as necessary.
  • Generate and manage customer invoices, ensuring close cooperation with the customer service department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite ERP.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.

Compensation Details: $36.89 to $45.58 per hour
