Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Coperniq, you will be instrumental in reshaping the energy sector. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients in maximizing the benefits they derive from our platform. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, Abdullah Al Zandani, your focus will be on driving product utilization, ensuring customer loyalty, and guiding our clients in their evolution into future utility providers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate customer engagement by showcasing how to fully utilize our platform's capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance customer value and minimize churn.
  3. Identify opportunities for upselling to boost revenue and ensure clients receive maximum benefit from our offerings.
  4. Proactively address customer needs and implement effective solutions.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives to assist them on their transformation journey.
  6. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, swiftly resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter.
Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success roles within SaaS or technology companies.
  2. Proven track record of successfully scaling customer success initiatives in a startup environment.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and adept problem-solving capabilities.
  4. Experience working with a blue-collar clientele is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary ranging from $80k to $140k
  • Equity options between 0.1% and 0.2%
