Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of change efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance our change management capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement impactful communication strategies to engage stakeholders and address their concerns throughout the change process.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and support for change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of transition, helping them navigate change with confidence.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of change initiatives and refine strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to 75% domestic travel, primarily Monday and Thursday.
