**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our team at Titan Formwork Systems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Sell Titan Formwork products and services to new and existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- Support technical sales and on-site service of large multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects in regional markets.
- Develop and execute business plans to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer executives, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Meet sales budget requirements and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
**Requirements**
- Comprehensive understanding of architectural and structural drawings, estimating, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in forming and shoring, with regional travel required.
