  • Process HR transactions in our systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Identify opportunities for self-service and process improvement, contributing to the enhancement of our HR services.
  • Assist exiting employees with a seamless departure process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail when managing digital employee records.
  • Document case details clearly, accurately, and in accordance with defined service levels.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional HR policies and practices, effectively communicating this to customers to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience as an HR or customer service representative.
  • Knowledge or education of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM and HCM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding process and statutory requirements.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Unwavering confidentiality with employee matters and information.
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
