Accountholder Experience Strategist

Inspira Financial is seeking a highly skilled Accountholder Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional accountholder experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive accountholder experience strategy that aligns with our company's mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure seamless execution of accountholder experience initiatives.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform accountholder experience design decisions.
  • Design and implement accountholder experience solutions that drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable accountholder experience plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accountholder experience design and delivery.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment, preferably in a product management or strategy role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Background in Health Care or start-up experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
  • Strong knowledge of software design principles.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction and adapt to shifting priorities and schedules.
  • Proven leadership skills to gain credibility, garner respect, and guide the creation of self-organizing teams.
  • Strategic, innovative, and creative thinker with a solid analytic foundation.
  • Working knowledge of Agile practices, including iterative development, incremental delivery, backlog management, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task definition.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with the team, facilitate discussions, advocate for the team, negotiate with the business, mentor team members, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and manage stressful situations.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and developing junior product managers.
  • Ability to provide and accept guidance and constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with HSA, FSA, HRA, JSA, and COBRA products preferred.
  • Desire for continuous improvement through learning and study of modern product management best practices, UX, and user-centered design.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
