Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Health & Benefits, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Work closely with the product team to employ Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics to deliver value and drive business results.
- 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Design, Psychology, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Background in Health Care or start-up experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of investment options and risk assessment tools for HSAs.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and adapt to shifting priorities and schedules.
