As a key member of the leasing team, you will be responsible for driving leasing strategies, negotiating leases, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement leasing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate leases with top-tier tenants, ensuring optimal terms and conditions
  • Collaborate with asset management, property management, and construction teams to ensure leasing documents are negotiated and executed efficiently
  • Manage third-party brokers to identify and secure new tenants
  • Retain existing tenants through lease renewal negotiations
  • Prepare reports and attend bi-weekly leasing meetings to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of retail real estate leasing experience
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of deal flow
  • Experience in negotiating and interpreting lease clauses
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time
