Job Summary: ATI Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our Worksite Solutions team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational health, with experience in ergonomics program development, implementation, and maintenance.

**Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement ergonomic programs for clients, including gap analysis, action item development, and key performance indicator tracking
• Conduct site visits, collect data, and provide recommendations for improving workplace ergonomics
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs on ergonomic best practices
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in occupational health, with a focus on ergonomics program development and implementation
• Advanced training or certification in ergonomics (e.g., CPE, CSP, AEP)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills

**Salary:** $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
