Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Home Health Specialist. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on improving functional abilities and achieving therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on techniques to support patient progress and promote independence.
  • Document patient responses and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • At least one year of experience in pediatric or home health occupational therapy is preferred.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our generous over-production rates ensure unlimited earning potential, allowing you to grow your career with us.
