The Commodore Club South Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Condominium Operations Coordinator to join our team.
**Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our condominium. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service.
**Responsibilities:
- Manage the flow of information between residents, vendors, and staff
- Assist with new resident processing and status updates
- Perform administrative tasks such as phone answering, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
**Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a condominium or similar setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year
