Executive Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a key member of our property management team, you will provide exceptional support services to our residents, employees, and management staff.
Responsibilities- Office Operations: Coordinate the collection and preparation of operating reports, including time-and-attendance records, terminations, and new hires.
- Communication: Ensure that telephone calls are answered properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information in our computer database, generating reports as required for the Property Manager, Board of Directors, and valet desk.
- Candidate Qualifications: Associates degree with concentration in business preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Three to five years of related work experience.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Windows software.
