About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Planner to join our team at PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies. As a key member of our Planning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing team is aligned to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform contract review process and send purchase order acknowledgments to customers.
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain forecasting and order entry systems to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing.
  • Add and maintain customer information in our business system.
  • Coordinate and process customer returns in a timely manner.
  • Assist in coordinating customer visits and monitor work in process to ensure it flows according to standard lead times.
  • Respond to customer delivery concerns and maintain applicable reports.
  • Monitor risks to demand and forecast.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Associates degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience with manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Syteline software.
