Overview:

This position serves as the primary operational resource dedicated to the Private Client Group (PCG) sector. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of all operational facets of PCG and provides support to the PCG Operations Lead on various operational and project initiatives, including the assessment and integration of new technologies, development of reporting frameworks, and enhancements to the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the firm-wide strategy and effective application of all PCG technologies, including Orion and the firm's CRM systems.
  • Assist the PCG Operations Lead in managing custodial relationships, understanding workflows within the custodial environment, and ensuring alignment with the client experience and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with the PCG Operations Lead and team to refine workflows and promote efficiencies, encompassing all Operational Excellence initiatives.
  • Take an active role in significant system implementations and ongoing assessments of the technology ecosystem.
  • Support the continuous development of PCG statements, including custodial offerings.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all operational workflows within the PCG sector.
  • Champion the client experience within Operations across all production processes and projects.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation data.
  • Manage all performance-related tasks, including addressing issues identified by Orion and/or the reconciliation processes.
  • Lead the production of all internal and external reporting, including quarterly statement generation and executive summaries.
  • Oversee quarterly fee billing processes.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports on assets under management (AUM).
  • Coordinate all PCG audits and play a pivotal role in gathering necessary information for audits, which may include Surprise Audits, Form CRS, SEC examinations, and others.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of private and wealth management clients and their processes.
  • Ability to effectively present information to various organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically.
  • Experience in Operational Excellence or Process Improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of performance measurement and Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in handling confidential information and correspondence.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Technical aptitude with a quick learning curve for new technologies.
  • Experience with Portfolio Management, CRM, and related systems.

Position Requirements:

  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
