Job Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst - Sourcing Operations will oversee standardized processes and foster ongoing enhancements within the Supply Chain Sourcing division, focusing on Supplier Financial Risk, Commercial Operations, and Horizontal Cost Center Management. This role is pivotal in advancing FLIGHT DECK initiatives, including spearheading central efforts to streamline and enhance specific procedures within the Sourcing Finance sector. This position provides a distinctive opportunity to influence Sourcing finance and operations while acquiring expertise in financial risk management, commercial operations, and FP&A.
This position is available for remote work, adhering to Eastern time zone hours.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties
  • Conducts regular assessments and evaluations of supplier financial risk indicators in collaboration with Sourcing commodity teams. Identifies high-risk suppliers and works closely with the Sourcing teams throughout the risk mitigation process.
  • Enhances the Sourcing Deal Review financial modeling process. Collaborates with Sourcing Commercial Operations and Sourcing Commodity Finance to implement enhancements.
  • Responsible for financial reporting and forecasting across multiple Sourcing horizontal cost centers. Oversees headcount and expense reporting for planning cycles, forecasts, and actuals. Partners with cost center leaders and operational teams to optimize financial management.
  • Leads initiatives to establish standardized procedures and refine processes across the Sourcing Finance division, leveraging FLIGHT DECK to enhance their own workflows.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • At least 1 year of finance-related experience.

  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with operational leaders.
  • Extensive analytical experience, including proficiency with automation and analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Spotfire).
  • Exemplifies practical applications of FLIGHT DECK.
  • Experience in deploying standardized work and establishing leader standard work.
  • Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • FP&A experience, focusing on understanding the underlying reasons and problem-solving to influence outcomes.
