Overview:
The Installation Analyst II will be engaged in a comprehensive deployment of a sophisticated camera system across various organizational sites. The analyst will be responsible for diagnosing installation challenges and upholding operational standards.

Primary Duties:
  • Facilitating the extensive deployment of a camera system across all organizational sites.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for technicians in the field.
  • Overseeing the installation process in around 70 locations each week.
  • Identifying and resolving installation-related issues while ensuring compliance with established standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Linux systems (CentOS and Suse) including administrative tasks such as operating system installations, reimaging, and network configurations.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, including DHCP and DNS.
  • Experience with server setup and maintenance, including firmware updates and driver installations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with familiarity in collaboration tools like Jira, Teams, and Outlook.

  • Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment scripts.
