We are seeking a dedicated Client Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Our Service Center is composed of service-oriented professionals who are the initial point of contact for our advisors and their teams. Our goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience with every interaction. We achieve this by collaborating closely with our advisors to comprehend their needs, sharing best practices, addressing operational inquiries, and working with subject-matter experts to deliver effective solutions.

In this role, you will be tasked with supporting a wide array of operational functions and providing essential service through clear and effective communication. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our unique culture and community, focusing on building strong, trusting relationships with our financial advisors and their teams by leveraging your industry expertise and our comprehensive resources. Our extensive in-house training program is designed to equip you for a successful career within our Service Center.

We are currently in search of new Client Operations Coordinators to join our upcoming training program. The anticipated working hours are 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. ET.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering essential service to our advisors and their teams via our phone queue, adhering to our business model (over 80% of your time will be spent on incoming calls to identify and resolve operational inquiries)
  • Cultivating trusting relationships with our financial advisors and their teams by understanding their needs and expectations
  • Educating callers on best practices across a wide range of operational topics, ensuring their objectives are met
  • Staying informed about new resources, products, and procedures, as well as industry developments and regulations
  • Collaborating with various teams within the firm to investigate and resolve complex issues
  • Upholding Commonwealth's tradition of delivering exceptional service, ensuring our advisors feel supported and valued

Additional Skills and Knowledge
