Position Summary:
We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Senior Market Sales Representative. This role involves nurturing and expanding relationships with our current clientele while actively seeking new business opportunities within your designated territory. Our sales representatives engage with customers directly, whether at their retail locations or in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet with customers across various markets.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and team members to create and implement tailored sales strategies for each client.
  • Enhance revenue and market presence with existing accounts in your territory.
  • Evaluate client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns as they arise.
  • Prepare and submit sales orders efficiently.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilize innovative and persistent approaches to generate leads.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for clients regarding service offerings, market trends, and industry standards.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Compensation:
Competitive earning potential ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, with uncapped commission opportunities. The base salary is contingent upon experience and qualifications, with significant commission potential based on performance.
