  • Provide coaching and training to Bakery Clerks to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail grocery experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Food Handlers permit and adherence to all safety and health regulations
