Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead Bakery Clerks to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control waste

  • Assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations and provide support as needed
  • Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, and communication

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience
  • Dependable and reliable with the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Outgoing and friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
  • Good communication skills and ability to give and take direction in a team environment
  • Ability to perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean and sanitized work area
  • Ability to operate and use various equipment, including knives, scales, and compactors
