This is a part-time position primarily located in the Thornton area, with occasional responsibilities in surrounding locations.

Compensation Overview:

Salary is determined based on internal equity, market data, and the applicant's skills and experience.

Hourly Compensation: $25.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by achieving targets for new product distribution and selected items, collaborating with account teams to identify selling opportunities, and tracking sales metrics during events.
  • Provide education to clients, account personnel, and fellow promotion associates regarding assigned brands.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate any out-of-stock situations to the National Account Manager.
  • Adhere to account standards and utilize effective point-of-sale materials to maximize brand exposure.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members, including chain staff and distributors, to enhance brand sales and ensure successful promotional events.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with account expectations.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by participating in training sessions, brand workshops, and networking opportunities.
  • Complete all required training programs and assessments as directed by management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, including presentation tools.
  • Strong results-oriented mindset with effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating diplomacy and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or collaboratively, and maintain attention to detail while meeting deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits is essential, with prior experience in sales or service within this sector being highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in accounting, technical support, customer service, and interpersonal relations are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role requires the ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone.

Competencies:

  • Accountability for meeting personal targets, with periodic reviews of work performance.
  • Ability to address defined, routine problems with readily available solutions.
