Job Summary

The Luxury Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional sales and service experiences to our discerning guests. This role requires a strong interpersonal skillset, a passion for luxury sales, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Regent's service philosophy and style through our people attributes.
  • Adhere to Regent Santa Monica Beach's standards in job performance and retail policies.
  • Consistently achieve and/or exceed individual and boutique monthly sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, both in and outside the boutique.
  • Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned categories and stay up-to-date on all product categories in store.
  • Recommend and style products, promoting wardrobing and providing outstanding hospitality to all guests.
  • Support the brand image by adhering to dress code and utilizing a POS system to manage smooth transactions.
  • Provide qualitative feedback to store management and assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
  • Assist in receiving merchandise and ensuring an organized inventory process.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance revenue and elevate the guest experience.
  • Develop strong interpersonal communication skills and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Complete all assigned tasks directed by management and maintain a clean and organized retail space.
  • Master all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
  • Foster rapport with customers through conversation and honest recommendations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
  • Strong reading and writing skills to aid in communication.
  • Solid understanding of fashion and styling.
  • Basic computer skills required.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $33.00, plus commission. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed at Regent Santa Monica Beach.
