Responsibilities:

  • Drive agent awareness and adoption of our marketing tools, agent satisfaction, and brand alignment.
  • Work closely with high-profile clients to 'sell' innovative and efficient solutions for both the agent and the company.
  • Clearly and eloquently communicate brand messages provided by the corporate marketing team.
  • Assist in transforming brand elements and tools into go-to-market strategies for our real estate agents.

Requirements:

  • Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media, and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of Windows, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Reliable transportation for traveling to offices within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Previous work experience in a Marketing Manager or Sr. Marketing Coordinator position or similar.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML coding a plus.
  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
