  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in food production and manufacturing processes, with a proven track record of process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with computerized materials control programs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
