About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at ASM Global. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors, determines the nature of their business, and notifies the appropriate person of their arrival.
  • Schedules, takes notes, and sends recaps for all HR meetings to the relevant team members.
  • Maintains the office waiting area and conference room presentation.
  • Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls to the appropriate individuals, taking messages as needed.
  • Manages the office budget, supplies, and processes expense reports.
  • Leads the ordering of event meals, supplies, and other miscellaneous items.
  • Sends out communication to the arena staff regarding policy changes, office closures, and other HR updates.
  • Facilitates the planning of hiring events, orientation, and workshops.
  • Acts as the overall support on Human Resource projects such as recruitment, payroll, and general HR tasks.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant experience.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • A welcoming and friendly demeanor.
  • Experience managing and redirecting phone calls and emails.
  • Dynamic communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of office management and administrative work.
  • Great organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying event shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and people skills; customer service oriented.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
