About the Position

The Patient Care Coordinator Lead at OakBend Medical Center is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our patient navigation team. This includes managing staff, coordinating patient care, and analyzing data to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor patient care coordinators to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.
