Job Title: Behavioral Health Tech Full-Time

Join ESS Education, a leading provider of education staffing solutions, as a Behavioral Health Tech Full-Time. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of students in our partner schools.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Tech to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide individualized interventions and support services. Your expertise will help create a safe and supportive learning environment, enabling students to thrive academically and personally.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate individualized interventions to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Respond to crisis situations and complete significant incident reports when needed.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, core meetings, CASSP meetings, etc. when requested.
  • Transfer therapeutic skills to educational staff and family.
  • Communicate regularly with families and school staff.
  • Complete COS's with families.
  • Attend supervisions and complete clinical notes.
Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree
  • Experience providing behavioral health services to youth
  • Pennsylvania State Police Clearance
  • Child Abuse Clearance
  • FBI Fingerprinting
  • School Health Form: Physical and Tuberculosis Test
  • Pennsylvania Department of Education Form 6004: Arrest/Conviction Report and Certification
