Behavioral Intervention Specialist

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting. This full-time, contracted position involves implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborating with teachers and families to ensure effective interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support students in reaching behavioral goals through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective interventions
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
- Assist with individual and group interventions in a classroom environment
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or tenured experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within a school setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
