Qualifications:

  • Ability to interpret blueprints accurately.
  • Proven track record of boosting sales and enhancing profitability.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Experience in training individuals or groups is advantageous.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Relationship Management: Cultivates customer relationships by engaging with clients to assess their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Responsible for driving sales growth of siding products.
  • Delivers presentations to builders, offering expert insights on product features and advantages.
  • Utilizes ladders to access roofs for material inspections and estimates.
  • Conducts material takeoffs for siding products, ensuring compliance with building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensures timely ordering and shipping of products.

Communication:

  • Maintains open communication channels among team members and clients to guarantee accurate and prompt service.
  • Engages with vendors to align on store program strategies.

Knowledge & Training:

  • Identifies personal development needs and seeks opportunities for improvement; actively acquires product knowledge.
  • Provides training on siding products to builders, installers, and store staff.
  • Ensures that employees are updated on vendor programs.
