We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and programs that meet the needs of our children.
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- MA DEEC teacher certification required.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and received COVID-19 booster and flu shot.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.75 - $28.10.
