Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Preschool/Pre-K Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and character development
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and incorporate new ideas and strategies into your teaching practice

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • MA/MS in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience teaching preschool or pre-K
  • Strong knowledge of child development theory and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
