Overview:
Responsible for ensuring the availability of components required for repairs or coordinating with the Procurement Department to acquire necessary parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine each service request for accurate parts.
- Collect parts necessary for service work orders.
- Monitor and return defective items to suppliers for reimbursement.
- Organize completed work orders and returned vendor documentation.
Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in the manufactured housing sector is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent training/experience.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
