Job Title: Auto Parts Specialist

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled Auto Parts Specialist to join our team. As an Auto Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their automotive needs, including answering questions, making recommendations, and processing transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing daily tasks as assigned.
  • Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, as trained and certified.
  • Perform various in-store services for customers, including installing wipers, testing and charging batteries, and scanning vehicle trouble codes.
  • Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service is desired.
  • ASE certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is highly desired.
