About The Opportunity
This position is responsible for achieving and surpassing established objectives for the designated production line, specifically focusing on automation processes.
Essential Job Functions

The following responsibilities are typical for this role. The incumbent may perform some or all of these tasks; however, this is not an exhaustive list. Additional duties may be assigned.
  • Maintaining operational efficiency and cleanliness of the machinery
  • Ensuring workspaces are tidy and well-organized
  • Opening cases or cartons and positioning them for processing, whether for machine operation or manual assembly
  • Loading cases/cartons onto pallets in a specified order according to item specifications
  • Constructing displays according to predetermined designs
  • Carrying out other tasks as required or assigned
Education & Experience
  • Desired Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred experience in warehouse operations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to comprehend quality standards, methods, and reporting as necessary
  • Ability to plan proactively for production in your designated area
  • Ability to interpret both oral and written instructions
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity
  • Ability to collaborate with plant management to achieve required outcomes
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Primarily operates in a production and/or warehouse environment
  • Involves walking, standing, and bending for the duration of the shift
  • Frequent lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
