The Heavy Production Assembly Specialist will be responsible for assembling various mechanical and electro-mechanical components to ensure the production of top-notch products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in repetitive assembly tasks of mechanical or electro-mechanical components on the production line.
  • Maintain a consistent pace to meet production goals while ensuring quality standards are upheld.
  • Follow assembly instructions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in cross-training and job rotation as required.
  • Interpret blueprints and bills of material effectively.
  • Lift materials and products regularly, adhering to safety protocols (up to 40 lbs).
  • Utilize air tools, hoists, and hand tools as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment.
  • Exhibit safety awareness and a commitment to quality in all tasks.
  • Be prepared to work overtime and assist in various departments as needed.
  • Perform physical tasks including standing, stooping, and bending throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an assembly line environment is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in blueprint reading are preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent reaching and pulling actions.
  • Consistent use of hands for assembly tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Visual acuity for close-up and distance tasks.
  • Walking and bending as part of daily activities.

Work Environment:
