Job Summary

Spark Power is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts of our electrical technical services in the Southeast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform direct sales and business development activities to contribute to the growth and development of Spark Power.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to all levels within a targeted customer's organization.
  • Identify strategic customer accounts and develop annual sales account plans.
  • Secure opportunities to quote on customer requirements and negotiate and close major project opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance to legislative, regulatory, and Health & Safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of related sales experience in industrial/commercial electrical experience.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Excellent oral presentation and writing ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure favorable commercial terms and craft service agreements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Full understanding of the commercial and/or industrial sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and to successfully manage customer relationships.
  • Proven ability for multi-tasking to manage and drive the complex demands of a sales leadership role.
